    What do you charge?

    The initial consultation is free.  At that consultation we will review your previous transactions and discuss what it is you need and want for your specific industry and size.  When we have agreed on the tasks you wish performed and the frequency of those tasks, I will give you a fee. The fees are not hourly rates so you will know exactly what will be done and how much it will cost each cycle.

    • How will I get my information to you?

    There are several methods used:

  • By fax
  • Over the internet using our secure server 
  • Arrangements can be made for pick up and delivery
  • If you use QuickBooks, your portable company can be e-mailed to ACA

    These things will be discussed at the consultation and you can choose the method that best suits your requirements.

    What if I don’t have a software program?

  • I have several clients who do not have any software for bookkeeping at all.  I do all their transactions on my system and provide them with hard copy records for their files. I have a secure computer network and backup procedures which protects their sensitive information.
  • Or I can help you decide which QuickBooks program works best for your needs and help you install and set it up on your computer system.

    What if I change my mind about using your service?

    You can cancel at any time provided you have paid all outstanding fees.
